Welcome to ZonedWeb. By using our service you agree to these terms. We've written them to be as short and plain as we can.

1. What ZonedWeb is

ZonedWeb is an AI-powered website builder that lets you pick, customize, and deploy WordPress-based website templates. You describe your business, our AI picks a template, and we deploy a live site for you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for your password, and for any activity under your account. Don't share your credentials. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, billing, refunds

Our Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card. Paid plans bill monthly or annually. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions — contact [email protected]. See our refund policy for details.

4. Your content

You own everything you upload and everything AI generates for your site. We only use your content to operate the service. You give us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content so your visitors can see it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ZonedWeb to host illegal content, spam, malware, adult content involving minors, or content that infringes other people's rights. We can suspend accounts that violate this.

6. AI-generated content

Our AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) writes copy, suggests colors, and applies customizations. We don't guarantee AI output is accurate or appropriate — review everything before publishing. You're responsible for the final content on your site.

7. Uptime and backups

We target 99.9% uptime. We run daily backups for paid plans and keep them for 30 days. If you're on the Free plan, we don't guarantee backups — export your content regularly.

8. Termination

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for 12+ months on the Free plan, or fail payment on paid plans. We'll give you 30 days notice before deleting data, except in cases of abuse.

9. Disclaimer and liability

ZonedWeb is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
