What's covered

- Annual plans: refund for unused months if cancelled in first 30 days.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges — refunded within 5 business days.
What's not covered
- Renewals after the first 30 days of your initial subscription.
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple sign-ups from the same person).
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- Third-party services you purchased through us (e.g. domain registrations pass through to the registrar).

- We'll process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
After the 30-day window
You can cancel any time from your dashboard and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't prorate refunds for partial months outside the 30-day window, but we're reasonable — if there's a specific issue, just email us.
Your site after cancellation
If you cancel, your site drops to the Free plan limits. You'll lose premium features (custom domain, daily backups, no branding) but your content and deployed site stay live. Export anything you want to keep.
