It's a two-stage pipeline. Stage 1: Claude reads your description and extracts structured intent (industry, required features, vibe keywords). Stage 2: we filter our 790 templates by that intent, then Claude ranks the top 5 and writes a one-sentence reason for each pick.

It opens a live iframe preview of the template plus a chat panel. When you type a customization ("warmer colors," "new hero heading"), we send it to Claude, which returns structured customizations. Our WordPress mu-plugin applies them to the preview via postMessage — no page reload.

Yes. Your messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for processing but never used to train AI models. They're stored on your session so you can resume, and deleted when you delete your account.

The template finder is unlimited per session, with a 30-searches-per-IP-per-day cap for abuse prevention. The customizer allows 20 messages per session. Paid plans remove the per-session cap.

About 60 seconds for a fresh site. You'll see real-time progress on the site detail page: Provisioning → Installing → Configuring → Active. When it's done, you get an email with the admin URL and credentials.

Most failures are transient (network hiccups). Click Retry in your dashboard. If it fails twice, email [email protected] and we'll investigate manually within an hour.
